1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across Singapore, excluding restricted zones such as airports, army camps, and offshore islands.
For international or bulk orders, please contact our support team for custom arrangements.
2. Delivery Time Rules
Our delivery schedule strictly follows the logic displayed in our checkout system and invoices:
- Orders placed before 11:00 AM:
Delivery will be scheduled for the next day or the day after between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. - Orders placed after 11:00 AM:
Delivery will be scheduled for the day after and the day after that between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. - Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays:
Will be processed on the next working day and follow the same delivery timing logic.
3. Delivery Time Slot Display
Your available delivery time slot will automatically appear at checkout and on the Order Received page, showing options like:
“10:00 – 18:00 on 10/10 or 11/10”
This ensures clear visibility of your expected delivery window.
4. Delivery Fees
- Free Delivery: Orders above SGD 100.00
- Standard Delivery Fee: SGD 10.00 for orders below SGD 100.00 and above SGD 40.00
- Express Delivery: Additional fees may apply depending on timing and location
5. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your scheduled delivery date and time window.
6. Failed Deliveries
If our driver is unable to deliver:
- We will contact you directly for instructions.
- A re-delivery fee of SGD108.00 may apply if a second trip is required.
7. Delivery Inspection
Please check your items upon delivery.

8. Special Requests
For special instructions (e.g., contactless delivery, leave at doorstep, deliver to security), please include them in the Delivery Instructions field during checkout.
9. Exceptions & Delays
Deliveries may be delayed due to:

- Vehicle breakdowns
- Peak period order volume
We will contact you promptly if rescheduling is necessary.
